3Account Registration and Verification
Registration at 26 phspin is for individual use only. You may hold only one account on the platform at any time. The following rules govern registration and account maintenance:

- ✓26 phspin will require identity verification documents at registration and may request additional verification at any point during your account's lifetime. Failure to provide required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.
- ✓You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 26 phspin will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
- ✓You must notify 26 phspin immediately at support@26phspin.app if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- !Creating more than one account — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be withheld pending review.
Account name must match payment account name. The name on your 26 phspin account must match the name registered on the payment channel you use for deposits and withdrawals — GCash, Maya, bank account, or card. Mismatched names will delay or prevent withdrawals.
4Deposits
All deposits to your 26 phspin account are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). The following rules apply to all deposits:
- ✓Supported deposit channels include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard. Deposit minimums and processing times vary by channel and are displayed in the deposit section of your account.
- ✓Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 26 phspin does not accept third-party deposits.
- ✓26 phspin reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit, particularly for large or unusual transactions.
- ✓Deposited funds are for gaming purposes only. They do not accrue interest and may not be transferred to another player or third party.
- !Deposits made for the purpose of exploiting bonuses, manipulating payout cycles, or any other abuse of the platform's mechanics are prohibited and subject to investigation and account action.
5Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your 26 phspin account are subject to the following conditions:

- !Attempting to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or any form of manipulation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds.
6Bonuses and Promotions
26 phspin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses, unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

7Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available at 26 phspin — including Tongits, Pusoy, Baccarat, JILI Slots, and live dealer tables — operate under the following rules:

Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sharing hand information in real-time multi-player games, or engaging in any form of cheating. This applies to all games including Tongits and Pusoy.
Using any automated software, script, bot, or mechanical device to place bets or make game decisions on your behalf, or to exploit any technical aspect of the 26 phspin platform in a way not available to all users.
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for funds that were legitimately deposited and used for gaming. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may be pursued through legal channels.
Harassment, threatening language, or abusive behaviour directed toward 26 phspin staff, support agents, or other players through any channel, including live chat and game chat features.
9Responsible Gaming

13Account Suspension and Closure
26 phspin reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- ✓Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as listed in Section 8.
- ✓Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- ✓Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- ✓At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.
- !Where an account is closed due to a violation, remaining funds may be withheld pending investigation. Where violations are confirmed, forfeiture of funds may apply. Where no violation is confirmed, balances will be returned through the player's registered payment channel.
14Changes to These Terms
26 phspin may update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made:
